How Large Format Print Will Help Your Exhibition Display

Exhibition display can be expensive, time consuming and some may regard them as old fashioned. With the increase in digital media and online marketing some think exhibition displays are a thing of the past. We at think not! Exhibitions that are well planned and prepared for are a great way to increase brand awareness and corporate visibility.
One critical item that will crop up when creating an exhibition display is the way it looks. With some events drawing over 1000 exhibitors it is extremely important to ensure your exhibition display works well.
One thing that works brilliantly for exhibitions is large format printing. Large graphics help draw and focus your customer's attention on your products or services. We explore ways large formatting printing can help your exhibition stand succeed.
Large Format Printing
Large Format Print is an ideal solution for any display stand looking for large exhibition graphics. The most popular exhibition display stand is the Roller Banner Stand. It is hard to beat this display stand for versatility, graphic size and price which makes it very popular with any marketing budget. Standing at a typical 2m tall and available in various widths from 0.8m to 2.4m the graphic size hard to beat for its price.
The second most popular exhibition display stand is the Pop Up Display. Available in many different widths and with the ability to connect two or more display stands together they are extremely versatile have been the staple of many exhibition backdrops over the years. A Pop Up display has a frame that expands and contracts with very little disassembly. Modern Pop Up Displays use magnetic locks for tool free construction.
Wayfinding Signage
Exhibitions can be extremely busy and the floor layouts can be complex. With event organisers accommodating many different sized exhibition stands the floor plan of the event can be quite confusing. Wayfinding signage can help your customers find you easily without the frustration of getting lost.
Floor Graphics can be a fantastic way to lay "breadcrumbs" leading to your exhibition stand. This is a great way to engage with your customers before they can visibly see your display stand. The size of floor graphics can be created to almost any size.
Hanging Fabric displays are visible at great distances. Often seen from all areas of the exhibition hall the hanging displays offer unparalleled visibility and are one of the best ways to show your visitors where you are.
Light Box Displays
Making sure you stand out against the noise of other display stands can be a struggle. Using high brightness LED light strips giving even illumination across the entire graphic area. Best used against dark backgrounds to enhance the lighting, lightboxes are a fantastic way to increase visibility of your corporate identity.
Lightbox Displays used to be quite bulky, using fluorescent tube lighting the displays were plagued with "light lines" where the fluorescent tubes were. With recent technology advancements the introduction of high brightness LED lighting the displays are now light and easy to transport and more robust with LED's lasting much longer.
PVC Banners
Large PVC Banners are by far the cheapest way of printing large graphics for your display. With the ability to be created to almost any size PVC banners are a suitable item for almost any display. With so many uses for PVC Banners it is hard to list them all however we have seen them used for, table wraps, floor to ceiling backdrops, wayfinding signage, outdoor advertisements, colour prints & more.
With the cost of exhibition space always climbing making sure your display stand works correctly and grabs your visitor's attention is essential. Large Format Printing can help you with your visibility and help you achieve success at your next exhibition. Visit our website at http://www.andesignuk.com or call us on 0808 129 2272

Reasons Why Printed Signs and Banners Are an Excellent Advertising Tool

The world of advertising is volatile and the modern day marketer has to keep up with the times. However, the best strategy will only work if there is a perfect blend of traditional and digital marketing practices. While digital marketing trends are highly conspicuous in contemporary business, printed signs and banners still remain prominent. Everywhere you look, there are signs and banners being employed by both small and major brands in every city.
As a business owner in the current marketing landscape, it is important to harness the power of promotional printing Products even as you embrace newer technologies. If you are looking for a tested and proven advertising strategy, below are some of the reasons you should adopt this promotional technique
Cost Effective
When pitching for any marketing tool, you have to consider the ROI. Production costs for printed signs and banners are lower compared to other options such as video and TV adverts.
  1. Targeted Advertising
One way to boost a promotional campaign is by getting the message across in the quickest way possible. This is exactly what a banner will do whether it is displayed on the roadside, at a trade fair or an event. Everyone who sees it is a potential customer and you will in effect be selling your brand to a very large audience. For example, let's say you identify a group in your city that has a specific need and your organisation can fulfill that need; a customized banner targeting this group will work perfectly.
  1. Reinforcing the Message
A beautiful sign at a busy intersection or any other high-traffic area will have a greater effect because the message will be seen many times. Every time someone looks at the banner and reads the message, it keeps resonating until eventually there is conversion.
  1. Reusability
The promotional materials you used last year at a local fair can still be reused for another campaign. This is unlike a TV advert, which will not get any traction if reused. In fact, most digital tools such as video only have a short shelf life and require refreshing in order to meet their objective.
  1. Brand Recognition
If you use a catchy outdoor or indoor Ad featuring brand colors and messaging, it becomes easier for target audiences to identify with you. Over time, they will feel part of your brand. This is the reason major brands have never abandoned printed signs and banners because they serve to reconnect constantly with customers.
This marketing tool is hard to miss, flexible in design, affordable to produce and install, easily customizable and more effective than many options in the market. Simply put, banners and signs are the optimal advertising tools for your company.

Build Your Business by Distributing Promotional Material

Promoting your business is as important as the products or services you supply. Few businesses survive without proper marketing and efforts to make sure the buying public knows what they are about.
Most members of the public just love travel promotional items. They are often useful and virtually any business can position themselves cleverly by promoting these products to people who travel, weather often or less regularly.
If, for instance, you are indeed in the travel industry, there are many ways to promote your company in such a way that clients become loyal and return - and send you other business from their own circle of influence such as colleagues, acquaintances and friends.
The same is true for all businesses. If you know you often deal with people who travel, you have the ideal opportunity to market your company and use proper branding for your clients and customers to remember you by. It depends on what industry or business you're in, but almost anything can work when you need travel promotional items. Small items work as successfully as bigger ones.
What you need to remember is that how you go about promoting your business is more important than the item itself. You will be well advised to call in the help of professional marketing companies to show you the important issues, to help you understand that a few issues combine when you want travel promotional items for your firm to distribute.
Marketing companies with experience, contacts and good ideas are the ones you need to talk to when you need promotional material. Companies who can prove that they have a good client base and positive feedback from past clients will most likely be able to help any company that needs travel promotional items, also material that travellers can carry with them, either on the road or when they travel by plane.
More important than anything else is that your customers remember you because they see your logo all the time as well as contact details such as telephone and mobile numbers, as well as website or e-mail details.
It is also advisable to hand out items that are easy to keep in handbags, such as pens, desk pads, USB attachments, key rings, travel pillows, travel locks, even a small purse for your change. Travel promotional items should be easy to stow away in overhead cabins on planes, in suitcases and other bags that one uses during trips.
And of course there are so many bags that can be used as travel promotional items. Bags are always handy to carry all our items around in, right from going to the shops or the beach to sports meets, for example. When you hand out a bag with your company's logo or emblem and contact details, chances are that someone will take notice, whether it is your existing client or a potential new client. Bags which are often useful and always popular can be anything from plastic carrier bags with your logo printed on them to gift bags and any number of laminated bags to name a few.
If you are prepared to spend a bit more, then sports bags, tog bags and tote bags come to mind. Once again, let the company who will personalise and customise your travel items advise you. It is part of what you pay them for.
Companies that understand what custom travel promotional items are about will automatically know how to advise their clients what the best ideas for their marketing campaign are and they will assist with the most effective design as well as ideas for distribution.
As for distribution - there are many effective ways to get the item in the hands of the client. They can pick them up in your office, at reception or you can arrange for distribution at community centres, sports clubs or even your child's school. It all depends on the item and your own influence and willingness to try.

Ensure You Find the Best Ways to Promote Your Business

Customers everywhere are the same - they want to feel appreciated, they want to know that they are valued. That is why any clever business proprietor will make sure he or she gets the message across that their business is only as good as the support they receive from clients and customers.
Handing out custom promotional merchandise is one way of showing their appreciation to existing clients; it is also one of the best ways to attract new business. People are the same all over the world: give them something for free and they are likely to support you at some point in the future.
Business can be tough and one must always be aware that the competition will be trying their best to outshine everybody else. Therefore any business, whether you are small or a big corporation, must ensure they remain in the running. One way of doing this is to distribute promotional material that will remind the customer that you are still around.
One way of making sure your customers remember you and talk about you to their circle of friends and family is to give them something for free. There are few better ideas than custom promotional merchandise, something they will remember you by and introduce to their family, colleagues and friends.
It depends on what kind of product you're promoting, but it is a good idea to remember that you do not necessarily have to distribute expensive items. The emphasis is on being effective. Give them something they will look at often, something with your logo and contact details very prominent on the merchandise you're handing out.
The best way to go about this is to employ the services of a company that can show the way to market yourself by handing out promotional material. It is important too, to choose the correct company to assist you otherwise you may simply be wasting time, effort and money.
Choose a firm with a proven track record in marketing and producing custom promotional merchandise. Make sure they understand the concept of promoting business, make sure they have good experience and that their expertise can't be doubted. A good firm will also be able to show you the kind of work they have done in the past, who their clients are and what clients and the public have to say about them. You also want to know that the firm you are dealing with have good turnaround time and that they are available to talk to you when you need them.
A good firm will ensure they lead you from the start in terms of offering advice about the best custom promotional merchandise, good designs, adjustments when needed and payment options as well as choices with regard to delivery. In short, the good company will reduce your stress and help you come up with first class promotional material for your business.
The whole idea behind handing out or sending custom promotional merchandise to clients is to ensure you make a lasting impression, to make sure the customers remember you by the specific merchandise they receive. Your company logo, a product they will always associate with you and your business is what is important. If, for instance, you market desk pads, it will not make any impression if you simply hand out any desk pad. No, the client must forever be reminded of your company, and only custom products will suffice, products which carry your logo and contact details.
When you receive your merchandise you will have to decide how to distribute it. Of course there are companies that will be able to advise you what the best ways are. Even better still: let the company that helped you with coming up with the correct custom promotional merchandise assist.
Nobody will dispute the importance of employing the services of a company to help customise one's promotional merchandise. Make sure you choose an experienced company that will be able to lead you every step of the way - from ideas and designing to distribution.

Five Questions Your Advertising Agency Should Be Able To Answer

With the rise of social media, apps, and other social platforms online, the field of marketing has become much more complicated than it was in the past. Successful implementation and execution of marketing plans can make the difference between growth or bankruptcy. At any moment a new technology or online website could be changing the marketing landscape rendering your current marketing plan ineffective. How can you navigate all these challenges? The most successful companies make sure to hire the best talent to assist with their marketing goals. Here are five questions your advertising agency should be able to answer.
1. What expertise or experience do they bring to the table?
The reason for selecting a hiring an outside entity to handle your marketing is so you can focus your resources on other aspects of the business while having the trust and confidence that your needs will be taken care of. You will want to ensure your money is well spent by asking any potential agency what expertise and experience they bring to the table. Are they familiar with digital media, social media, and other online forms of marketing? Do they understand online retail? Are they familiar with growing an audience through engagement?
2. What is the scope and sequence of service?
Planning and organization are crucial components for success in any field. This is especially true with marketing. To ensure a successful campaign you will want to discuss the scope and sequence of your services. How long will it last? At what points will there be communications and measurements of its effectiveness? How long will each phase of a strategy last? Take the time to hash out all the details ahead of time and make sure you are both in agreement.
3. What strategies will they implement?
You will want to bring your own tentative plan to the table and inquire how it can be improved upon. For example, you may want to focus on a strong local online presence first, before thinking of wider exposure. Or perhaps you want to fine tune your messaging to zero in on a particular market? Will you implement one phase at a time, or utilize different phases in tandem to make a big impact?
4. How will they measure success?
You will want to have some idea of how the success of any marketing campaign is doing. You may want to agree upon some necessary benchmarks or discuss the types of goals you want to achieve. A good company will try to use efficient and objective measures of data to provide you with a clear picture of how things are unfolding.
5. How will they communicate results?
Will you all meet weekly for meetings or will you receive daily or weekly updates via email? What types of reports will you receive and how often? Which results are most important to running the business? These are some of the questions you will want to work out so the departments that need the information the most can be prepared to communicate efficiently.
Don't be afraid to ask tough questions and make sure you are getting the best marketing services possible. After all, its nothing personal, its business.

Seven Ways To Make Your Social Media Strategy Fail - Or Succeed

Like it or not, the internet has changed the way business is conducted. No longer are brick and mortar stores and companies advertising locally in their newspapers and phone books. They are instead advertising online and reaching many more potential audiences than ever before- widening the potential for exposure, sales, and growth. The newest phone technologies have opened doors in communication with the use of apps that help customers connect directly with their favorite brands and products. Those who aren't connected on social applications are missing out on huge opportunities to target their exact customer base. With the help of a qualified advertising agency you can up your game dramatically while avoiding pitfalls. Here are seven ways to make your social media strategy fail- or succeed.
1. Do not use social media to only promote your message
Social advertising does not work like classic advertising. Gone are the days when you could simply post a mysterious and eye popping picture on a billboard or run a television ad and then sit back and watch the sales flow. Today's customers demand more from the companies they trust. Along with quality products and services, they demand active participation and communication. If you are only using social apps to post your messages and advertise without engaging customers, they will soon tune out your messages.
2. Do not avoid social discussions
We are now living in a society that is more involved in community awareness and local and regional politics, as well as social dialogue among many other different domains. Those companies who want to stay relevant need to engage customers in their fields and be trendsetters in the national or global conversation. Staying silent for fear of offending is now almost as dangerous as taking a controversial stand. Make sure you have a strong message and don't be afraid to speak up.
3. Do not simply post without connecting
Make sure you are connecting with your customers. Comment on their reviews and learn from the qualitative data that they provide. Many useful innovations can come about by listening to feedback directly from customers.
4. Do not avoid friending and collaborating with others
It may seem counter-intuitive to collaborate with others in the industry, after all they are your competitors, however, avoiding the greater conversation will make you look irrelevant. Even competing companies can come together to have a voice in their particular markets.
5. Do build an audience
Build an audience by being authentic, communicating clearly, engaging in dialogue, collaborating with customers and other businesses, and by sticking to your overall marketing messages.
6. Do engage in social discussion
Set the tone of your business or company by sticking to your mission statement and always exuding integrity as you conduct your business. Be a leader in your industry by connecting directly with your audience and let the strength of your messaging lead the way.
7. Do use the help of professionals
If your company or advertising department lacks the experience or expertise needed to navigate the complicated field of social applications, you are not alone. Many businesses outsource their multi-media marketing to professionals with the knowledge of how to get results.
Social media has revolutionized the field of business and advertising. Wield the technology to your advantage and don't get left behind.

Why Buy And Sell Through Free Classified Ads Is a Good Idea?

Connecting with the potential customers is the key to success, irrespective of the nature and scale of your business; you must try to reach out to the people who are likely to buy. The question that comes up next is how do you make a move? People, for that matter the prospective customers should know about your existence. Only then, they will be in a position to decide whether to buy the product or the service that you have put out for sale.
A cost-effective deal
If you are looking for the exposure, the best option is to buy And Sell Free Classified Ads. Compared to buying media space in the television, radio, and newspaper, the proposition is cheaper. The fact that some of the sites give you the opportunity to promote your product free of cost works to your advantage. Otherwise, had you not made use of this option, you would have to create an advertisement yourself. Creating an advertisement is a time-consuming move.
Saves time effort and money
But now that you have the option to buy And Sell Free Classified Ads, you don't need to waste time in creating an advertisement; neither do you need to engage an agency for lining up your promotional plan. In this way, you can save both your time, as well as, money. All you need to do is to provide a short copy highlighting the contact details to the website that is willing to bring your product or service into the prominence. The site that is selling the free advertisement is going to guide you through the designing process. Even if you need a complex design, the concerned site is going to offer assistance. So, the question of involving a separate agency will not arise.
You can be focused
With the help of this marketing channel, you can create an impact on people who are willing to connect with you. That's because the advertisement listings will get exposure in the places where you are going to transact. So, you can divert the focus of attention of the so-called prospective customers. There is little or no point in distributing the listings in areas where you are not going to transact or travel. You can use the advertisement listing in such a way that they highlight the areas where you transact or travel. In this way, you can make the listing demographic-centric, and thus widen your base of interaction.
Easy to locate
If you were to use the promotional channels of radio or television; then, the prospective customers may fail to access the same, always, at every moment. That's because the user will have to wait until the advertisement content is published. But things turn out to be different when you use the online advertisement listing. The customer knows that you are available and so during the time of need, he just needs to find out your address and the other details. The customer may contact you directly, or reach out through the site that has published the advertisement listing. Irrespective of the way he resorts to for reaching out, he will be in a position to search for your presence. But if advertisements are published on radio or television, it will not be possible for the customer to locate your presence. He will have to wait for the advertisement to be channelized.

My Top Summer Anime Series

3. Alderamin of the Sky
This show really took me by surprise. It was suggested to me by my brother; not knowing anything about it, I simply sat down and watched it. Boy, am I glad I did. At this moment, it still has one episode left in the season and I am dying for it to come out. The progression of the story line can seem a bit slow, but fret not, every minute of it is amazing. The show has quite a bit of comedy in it, but dark times peer around every corner. Like a light switch, the show can go from making you laugh to making you almost break down in tears.
The main story mostly focuses around two main characters: Ikta and Yatorishino. They are childhood friends; Ikta was an apprentice of a scientist and Yatorishino is a child of the Igsem family, which is known for their exceptional swordsmanship. Ikta accompanies Yatori when she leaves to take her officer's exam; however, they end up getting shipwrecked along with a few others and the princess of the kingdom. Behind enemy lines, the group finds a way to make it back safely with the princess. After returning, their "reward" is an officer rank, forcibly making them join the military, much to Ikta's disapproval. From there, the adventure only continues to grow more and more complex and dark. Along the way, Ikta proves through his actions that he may be lazy, but he is the best commander this army has ever seen.
2. Orange
I'm on a roll with these slice of life anime series, and this one throws a little bit of supernatural stuffs into the mix. Like all slice of life anime series, the series itself lives and dies with the characters. Orange does a terrific job of getting you attached to the characters, especially the main three: Kakeru, Suwa, and Naho. Their friends, acting as supporting characters, also add a lot to the story line. This show will take you on a rollercoaster of happy moments followed by feels that are then followed by you yelling at your TV. Personally, I yelled at the TV for Naho to hold Kakeru's hand several times.
Orange is an anime that holds a basis in alternate, or parallel, universes. A group high school friends, now adults, meet on the tenth anniversary of the death of one of their friends. The friend, Kakeru, died of suicide. The friends talk about their regrets in not being able to save Kakeru, and ultimately decide to chance their luck on writing letters to their past selves. They know it won't affect the world that they live in, but maybe, just maybe, there is another world where they can save their dear friend. The story begins with the same group of friends, at high school age, receiving mysterious letters from their future selves.
1. Re:Zero
Technically this show started in the Spring, but it just finished up this summer, so it counts! Boy, was this show a rollercoaster. Every episode had me on the edge of my seat, it's easy to see why it became so popular. The main character, Subaru, gets put through so much hell that you can feel for him. There are times where he is happy, and it makes you happy, and times where he is completely desperate, and it makes you want to cry. The show starts off kind of comedic, that's before Subaru dies for the first time, and you realize that this show is a lot deeper than most of the shows in the same genre. This show is animated beautifully, has deep, loving characters, and just overall a terrific anime series.
Subaru is just your normal, run of the mill guy making his way through life. However, after exiting a convenience store, he is somehow magically transported to another world. As he figures out, he is able to communicate with people in this world no problem, but his clothes and items are mysterious to the people here. He soon meets Emilia after having a run in with a couple of thieves, who at the time introduces herself as Satalia. Emilia is a half-elf, one that resembles the late evil witch and strikes fear into peoples hearts. After meeting their untimely end later, Subaru then realizes that in this world he has a mysterious power. Whenever he dies, he returns to a specific point in the past where he can then do everything over again. How will he use this power? Will he be able to keep his sanity after seeing and reliving deaths over and over?
Well, there you have it. My top three anime series for this season! This season has a bunch of awesome anime shows and I am sad to see them go. I can't wait for the last episode of Alderamin of the Sky. I don't really see anything that peaks my interest for the fall season, but I'll just have to wait and find out!

All three of these shows and many, many more are all in my random anime generator! Take a look and see if you can find your next favorite show.

Top Shows Like Log Horizon (Anime)

Log Horizon. By far one of my favorite shows, for multiple reasons. If you are unfamiliar, the show is about a bunch of players of a popular MMORPG that suddenly appear inside the game, except, it's no longer a game. Somehow, the world they knew as "Elder Tale" has become a reality, and they have to learn how to survive in this world. Between learning to fight with their new bodies, that resemble their old avatars, to figuring out how to manage the relationship between Adventurers (players) and the People of the Land (NPCs). Log Horizon covers it all, and it does so brilliantly.
So what makes it so good? For me, it's the details. Unlike most shows, Log Horizon drills the details home, and I love it for that reason. The fact of the matter is, they are inside a game world. The author explains the story from the players perspective of gamers, using terms like "party" or "raid." However, it is also their new reality. We get to see the characters struggle between this "reality" and thinking that it's still "just a game." More importantly, the show heavily goes into player interactions, to the point of self-governing. Behind it all is Master Shiroe, probably the best main character I've seen.
So... that's all fine and good, but you are probably reading this because you know how amazing it is. You want to know what you can watch that will give you that same feeling. I got you. Let's get to the list, shall we?
Sword Art Online
Where there is Log Horizon, there is SAO; that's just how it is. Though, I'm putting it in here for a slightly different reason. SAO and Log Horizon are similar, but focus on different aspects. SAO has the "game" feel that Log Horizon does, but takes it to the next level based on the fact of death being absolute. SAO enacts the drama side of being trapped in another world really well, which is why I think you'll like it.
Of course, there is more to SAO than that, but I want to focus sorely on the first season (Aincrad). We get more of the awesome fights that are far and few between in Log Horizon; mainly, boss raids. Though SAO does not go into as much detail as Log Horizon on these raids, the fight scenes are still pretty cool.
I'd recommend you checking out SAO, at least the first season, if you are wanting a more drama out of the show, and don't mind being stuck to the main character (unlike LH where we follow many characters).
No Game No Life
So you like Log Horizon because of the depth. You are in love with it, as am I. Well, you will probably like No Game No Life. If you go crazy, fan girl over some of Master Shiroe's plans, then you definitely will like this show. I'm not going to lie, this is more of a comedy show, but the depth of the games that the main characters play is second to none.
Basically, the two main characters are beast gamers and they get trapped in a world where games decide everything. You can guess what happens. We get to go along with these two on some amazing, high risk games. Some of which you have no idea how they won until after the end. The only thing you have to know about this anime to enjoy it: Blank never loses.
I'd recommend giving No Game No Life a go if you are in a lighter mood, you know, wanting some comedy. This anime doesn't have as much drama attached, but the thoroughness of the games they play is something to marvel at.
Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash
I love me some Grimgar. This is one of those shows that usually flies under the radar, you know, because it's not a high dollar show. This has a very similar premise to LH, meaning that the main characters just appear in another world. Except, Grimgar is far from a game. It has game-like qualities, like guilds or skills, but it is most certainly a reality, and our characters learn that very quickly.
This show doesn't go as in-depth on things such as combat or strategy, but focuses more on the struggle of life. We are taken on a journey where these teenagers are thrown into a world where they must kill to survive. They have to kill to make money, and, as the main character Haru says, "everything costs money."
I'd say give Grimgar a go if you are wanting an adventure that is real, not fantasy. The drama present in this show is that of real life and death, and isn't masked by a video game. Do try and ignore the fan service in the first few episodes, it dies down after a while (they use it as a comic relief way too much in the beginning).
Konosuba
This show. Let me tell you, will have you dying with laughter. If, like No Game No Life, you are looking for a more fun spin, this is your show. Quite simply, it is pretty much a parody. There is not a single serious moment in this anime, well, maybe the very beginning. Basically, main character dies and gets the option to be re-born in a fantasy, game-like world. Of course, he takes it, and the goddess granting him the wish with him.
Chaos ensues. Hilarious, glorious, chaos. We get to see a dysfunctional party form together, which includes an explosive mage that can only cast one spell a day, mind you. Even the fights with the "evil" guys in this show aren't very serious, if that tells you anything. Of course, with fantasy / comedy usually comes fan service, and this show is no exception.
Konosuba is a great breath of fresh, comedic air after the intensive, dramatic shows like LH. Give it a go if you are a fan of the game-like worlds and want to have a good long laugh. Not to mention, it's getting a season 2 as well.
Gate
Lastly, we have Gate. Gate is an interesting show, to say the least. Basically, modern military meets fantasy, medieval-like world. A portal forms in modern world Japan, connecting the modern world to this other world with mages, dragons, and the like. However, they may have magic, but they are no match for guns and tanks!
This show is great because you get a little action, a little politics, and a little of just about everything. You get to follow the main characters perspective as a foot soldier, but also can see what's going on with Japan's leader and the political pressure he is under. This show also accurately depicts the slanderous ways of the media.
Give this show a watch if you are a fan of a good story that covers more than one angle. You get to see so many different perspectives in this show that it is quite refreshing. Plus, we get to learn that war is not all about the fighting, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Also, Rory is an awesome character.
Conclusion
There you have it, the top anime that I would recommend if you are a fan of Log Horizon. You may love or hate some of these, but that just comes with the territory of anime shows and people's personal tastes. I, personally, enjoyed all of them, and thought I would share my thoughts on every show. Happy anime watching!

White Album 2 - Ahhh The Love Triangles (Anime Review)

I've been mellowing on this one for a couple of weeks now, as the ending kind of threw me for a loop, but now I think I'm ready. White Album 2; as the name suggests, this is technically a sequel, but not really. The only connection this makes with White Album is the mentioning of the main character as a famous artist, and the singing of the song. Other than that, they are completely independent.
Haruki is our main guy; he maintains excellent grades and can always be seen helping out others, especially the student council, though he is no longer a part of it. He is also the back-up guitarist for the light music club, which is one the verge of disbanding now that the only members are him and the primary guitarist, Iizuka. Haruki usually practices his... less than optimal guitar playing after the club is done, when he has the room to himself. Every now and again, he gets a treat from the room next door, a mysterious, talented piano player plays in harmony with his guitar, putting him at ease.
Though he doesn't know who this person is, he find a sense of relief whenever they play together. One day, a third joins them; from the roof, a beautiful voice starts singing along with their playing. Haruki goes to the roof to find Setsuna; a beautiful girl at his school who he had met a while earlier. Eventually, Haruki finds out that the mystery student next door is Touma, a lazy classmate of his. After some convincing, the two agree to join the light music club and play with Haruki.
Then, our love triangle begins! Well actually, we find out the love of this triangle starts long, long before this, but still. Basically, we have two girls that are both obviously in love with Haruki. Of course, Haruki is in love with one of them, but isn't so forward about it, thus causing mistakes. Ahhh, high school drama.
The anime takes us on a rollercoaster journey of fun and sadness; of course, along the way we get to hear some incredible music. Though, I do feel like the three would of been better of just staying friends. Of course, that doesn't make for a good story and when you spend that much time with others, these things tend to happen.
I will say, one relationship in particular forms fairly early. Once it is formed, it becomes immediately apparent that it was a mistake. However, none are willing to admit it. Iisuka, Haruki's friend, I feel plays the voice of what should be done, down the stretch. He wants Haruki to take the safe root, to not her the girl he is with. Unfortunately, that's not the way things end up.
Overall, I would say this was a pretty good music / romance / slice of life show. I enjoyed it. Also, it's not every day that one of these anime shows has a relationship that gets to the point where the two become intimate, that was a surprise. Harden your hearts for the ending, though. It will leave you screaming at the scream as the main character does all sorts of weird, stupid stuff.
But... I guess that's what makes love great.

Winter 2017 Anime Season - My Watch List

It's hard to believe that the Winter 2017 season is already getting ready to come to a close. Time is just flying by, I tell you.
Every season, or before every season rather, I usually take a look at what's going to be coming up and find the ones that pique my interest. However, I find that I don't actually follow through with keeping up with them throughout the season. Maybe I do it on purpose so I can watch it all in one go on a Friday night, or maybe it's something else.
This season, I found myself in a unique situation, at least for me. I'm following three anime this season! Rookie number, I know. This is big coming from someone that didn't follow any anime in the last season, though I did follow two the season before. My point being, I don't follow that much anime as it comes out.
So... what am I watching? Well, since you asked, the first and foremost I have to mention is the second season of Konosuba. As soon as I heard it was going to be airing, I had to watch it. It's my feel good anime every week. Especially since it comes out in the middle of the work week. Some laughs are surely welcomed.
Next, we have another feel good anime, Interviews with Monster Girls. I just happened to see a clip of this on Facebook and thought it was interesting, now I'm addicting. It is completely adorable and funny. This one is another feel good anime for me, but it's more of a recovery anime.
What do I mean? Well, it helps me get over the craziness that happens in the anime I'm about to mention next...
Scum's Wish. Yeah, this one isn't on Crunchyroll or anything, and probably for good reason. It's not bad... just the characters are terrible people. It takes on a more... mature... approach to the slice of life / romance anime shows. Catch my drift?
I pretty much spend every episode of Scum's Wish yelling at the screen because the characters are doing something stupid. Thus, the need for Interviews with Monster Girls comes in. Happiness to the rescue!
So, there it is. The three anime shows that I am currently following this season. Once everything comes to a wrap, I might check out some of the other ones, but nothing really peaked my interest as of late. Though... I do keep seeing some loli dragon pop up all over social media, might need to see what that's about.
See ya next time!

5 Time-Saving Tips For Your Animated Video Project

The art of animation requires a lot of time and effort. But this long process offers a good deal of reward. Since the process involves a lot of time, you may be looking for some time-saving tips. Given below are some tips that may help. Read on.
1) Plan your video
Before you plan, you should know the kind of animated video that you want to make. Next, you should find out how you should create it. Is it going to be an explainer video? Is it going to be just an animated video for a product launch? As a matter of fact, it all begins with planning.
2) Use the ready-made animated templates
With ready-made animated templates, you can save a lot of time and go straight to the actual work. This will help a lot if you are going to make a short animated video.
3) Divide your project into smaller parts
If you have a big project to do, you may lose track of things. For instance, if you are a builder, you can't work on all aspects of the project at the same time. The project will involve a lot of stages, such as design, foundation, roof, plumbing, insulation and so on. What you need to do is break your project down into small projects.
To take a start, you should prioritize your tasks. For this, you should make a script first. As soon as you have worked on the prioritized tasks, you should keep working on the next tasks.
4) Use ready-made animated assets
Actually, some animators do have the time and tools for making a video from start to end. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is a timely process. On some sites, you can find a lot of pre-made animations that you can use for this purpose. So, you should use these animated assets as well.
5) Evaluate your work
You may also want to make an evaluation of your work at different stages as this may save you plenty of time down the road. During the evaluation stage, you may find errors. As a result of these errors, your perception may change and this not a big deal. As a matter of fact, the editing may take much more time than you expected. Instead of doing the evaluation at the end, it will be a good idea to do the evaluation after you have done a scene.
Hire a professional
Lastly, if you don't have the time or skills to do the animation on your own, we suggest that you look for a good video animator. While this may cost some money, you won't need to spend your precious time on the project.
So, if you have been looking for some tips to save some time on your video animation projects, we suggest that you use the tips given above. This way you can do the project the right way in addition to saving a great deal of time.
Are you looking for an expert for your explainer video? If so, we suggest that you check out Vidphoria. They offer great animation video services.

Vector Art Techinque

Vector Art is a technique, which means art created with vector-based programs. Vector art basically uses dots, lines, and curves. Vector programs take note of the relationship between these elements. This allows images created to vary their scale without losing quality or pixelating. In comparison, pixels lose quality when they are raised above 100% of their size.
Popular vector programs are Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, and Flash. Almost everything created with these programs is considered as vector work. I say "almost" because there are exceptions to each rule. If your vector work combines vector images with raster images, I'm afraid that it is no longer a vectorial work (and consequently does not belong to the Vector Gallery).
For example: to finish your vectorial work, you think that your work is missing something, and you put it in Photoshop to give it a small texture, trying to complete it more. At that moment it is no longer a vector work, and you should upload it to "Digital art> Mixed Media". In the same way, if you take the rasterized texture and put it in Illustrator by applying a layer style, nor would it be a vector work.
As this texture cannot be increased by over 100%, it makes your vector technically useless after raster images in original size. Do not even think that you cannot add textures to your vector work. Many of these programs come equipped with samples of detailed patterns, textured brushes, even with "Live Trace", which as its name indicates, traces raster images and converts them into vector graphics.
Reiterating and ensuring there is no confusion, here is a list with programs generally considered as raster-based: Photoshop, Painter, MS Paint and a great free alternative, Gimp. Basically, everything created with this program is considered rasterized image. A few of these programs are able to create images with points, lines, and curves, just as a vector program would do.
The same Photoshop can make images based on vectors, however, they are usually considered "vexel" because vexel artists usually include brush strokes on their images (for hair, etc.).
Speaking of brushes. Just because you have downloaded and installed a set of brushes for Photoshop (or any other raster image program) that has the word "vector" in its title, it does NOT mean that your work is vectorial. These brushes come in various sizes, and no matter what resolution you apply them, they can never be increased above 100% of their size without losing quality.
Put simply, Vector is not a style like Anime, but it is a medium like charcoal. Asking what vector art looks like is like asking what oil paintings look like. It might resemble Rembrandt, Picasso, or a painted one with the fingers of a fifth grader.

Pop Art Vector

Step 1: Pop Art Vector
To start out our pop art vector tutorial, we will start from a line drawing of the face in close up. This line drawing could be with simple strokes, nothing too complicated.
Next, we'll create the shadows with objects filled with solid black. Use the Pen Tool (P) to draw the objects and try to give volume and movement to the illustration. Take a special look at how we drew the hair strokes and the shadow under the chin.
Step 2
Choose the colors you'd like to use in your pop art vector illustrations. I chose the typical colors used in pop art illustrations to make a more obvious effect, but you can choose the colors that better represent your photo (if you made the drawing from a photo) or illustration.
Step 3
Next, we'll create the swatches for the dots background of the objects.
We need the grid guideline to make the dots swatch for every color. Reveal the grid by going to View > Show Grid. Make sure you have "Snap to Grid" enable. Go to View > Snap Grid to check if it's enabled. If it has a check mark next to it, it's enabled. If it doesn't, click to enable.
Draw two circles with the Ellipse Tool (L). Hold the Shift key while drawing the ellipse to constrain the proportions and create the circle. The space between the circles would determine the predominant color in the swatch. The closer the circles are, the more predominant the circle's color would be the background color. Also, the more space the dots have, the more noticeable they would be to the human eye. In this tutorial, I'd like them to be pretty noticeable.
Step 4
Now duplicate the two circles and rotate them 90 degrees using the Rotate Tool (R). Click and hold the Shift key to rotate in increments of 45 degrees. Next, draw a square with the Rectangle Tool (M) where each side goes through the circles' center point.
Step 5
Duplicate four times each set of square + dots, one for each color that our illustration has. Now fill each set of circles with the colors of our illustration. Finally, fill the square with white. Now we are ready to create the swatches from this elements! Select the first square with the circles inside and go to Edit > Define Pattern. Name your swatch if you'd like, and click OK to create the swatch. Repeat the process for the other colors. You'll see the new swatches available in the Swatches Panel.
Step 6
Replace the colors of the objects in our illustration with the new swatches. Select each object and click on the corresponding swatch in the Swatch Panel. Definitely starting to look like a pop art vector!
If you are unhappy with the way any of the swatches look as patterns in your illustration, you can play with the background color to create other tones.
Step 7
Now we are going to take care of the strokes used to give expression to the face. This is single strokes with no fill. There are some for the nose profile, cheeks, forehead, etc. Open the brushes panel (Window > Brushes) and click on the top right icon to reveal its menu. Select Open Brush Library > Artistic > Artistic_Ink.
A new panel will appear. Now select one of the strokes and click on the bottom brush named "Tapered Stroke" in the panel we just opened. Do the same with the rest of the strokes. I applied the brush to all of my elements in the illustration to have the edges between them perfectly aligned.
Step 8
If the brush for the expression lines is too wide or too thin (depends on the size of your illustration), you can adjust the brush width. Go to the brush panel where you'll find the brush you use for the expression lines. When you select a brush in any of the brush library panels, it's added automatically to the main Brush Panel. Double click on the brush and in the Width slider, move the arrow to the left to make the stroke thinner or to the right to make them wider. Click OK when you're finished.

Another Phablet Review: The Apple iPhone 6S Plus Vs Samsung's Galaxy Note 5

Two super-smartphones have placed themselves into the phablet market, and today we compare the most important features and specifications to help you decide.
Design
Both devices are very similar in size, and both are enlarged versions of their predecessors. Very similar to the 6 Plus, the iPhone 6S Plus hangs onto its sleek aluminium design with curved edges and an upgraded, stronger cover-glass. This model fits well in the hand, but is significalty heavier than the iPhone 6 as a result of its size (the 6S weighs at 192g).
The Note 5 is considered even more comfortable than the Note 4, shaving off inches from its design and putting curved edges onto the back of the phone instead. This makes it easier to hold, and the aluminium frame provides strength and a sleeker look. Lighter than the iPhone 6S Plus, this model weights at 171g. While the 6S Plus is actually larger in size, the Note 5 has a better screen-to-body ratio, with a larger 5.7-inch screen (compared to Apple's 5.5-inches). This leads us on to the next feature comparison.
Screen
It's nice to have competition between a very important feature, with both models using different screen technologies. Apple sticks to an IPS LCD and Samsung use its famous AMOLED display. As a result, the Note 5 offers a higher 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution, making it much sharper with more vibrant colours that are great for viewing images and video. However, the iPhone 6S Plus comes with Apple's new 3D Touch technology. This is a pressure-sensitive feature of the screen that reacts depending on user finger pressure. For those not caring about 3D touch, the Samsung is the clear screen winner this time.
Performance
However many apps you have open, whether its gaming, media recording, browsing and other intensive applications, these two powerhouses can handle it.
Inside Samsung's Note 5 is a 64-bit Exynos 7420 chipset, backed up by 4GB of RAM and a Mali T760 GPU. It's a clear top-quality performance set-up. On the iPhone 6S Plus, you've got Apple's latest A9 64-bit chip and 2GB of RAM. It's great to know Apple have finally upgraded internal RAM this time as a means to compete. This means smoother performance and less crashing.
It's important to understand that these numbers only have meaning when put under tests. Several performance tests show that the iPhone 6S Plus often beats the Note 5 when carrying out common tasks, such as opening mail attachments or power-heavy apps with others already running in the background.
Cameras
The iPhone 6S Plus delivers a brand new 12-megapixel camera sensor, while the Note 5 boasts the same 16-megapixel camera that the Galaxy S6 offers. With both devices, results are sharp, with accurate colours and fantastic contrast. Low light situations is where smartphone cameras do not impress us, but this time both manufacturers have come out on top.
The actual camera app offers more customisation through Samsung's device, such as HDR mode. Apple tend to keep things quick and simple, so it lacks the more professional camera options seen with the Note 5.
However, Apple has also introduced Live Photos, allowing the user to capture a couple of seconds' worth of footage either side of your snap. You can then 3D Touch on the picture and it'll play the scene back to you.
Both devices of course support 4K video recording and editing, so there is no clear winner here. Google search photo comparisons for these devices and results can speak for themselves depending on what you're looking for.
Battery Life
It's important to care about this feature. Opting for a powerful device in theory is logical, but if its power source can't support the system well, then you'll be next to a mains plug more often than you think.
Specification-wise, the Note 5 holds a larger 3,000 mAh capacity battery, while the 6S Plus carries a smaller-than-its-predecessor 2,750 mAh. However, Apple's new chip and improved efficiency makes the device last as long as the 6 Plus.
Both phones can last the day and, if used wisely, into the next. The Note 5 does offer a more useful power-saving mode, allowing you to save those extra hours just when you need it. It also beats the iPhone with a wireless charging option and support for fast charging. Both handy if you need a quick power-up.
Price
Both devices are placed at the very premium end of the price scale, so you won't be interested if you're looking for an "affordable" smartphone. The Note 5 is slightly cheaper in price when comparing storage capacities, but your decision should be based on testing both out and seeing which operating system suits you best as their specifications are very similar. Always compare the latest contracts from all networks and retailers to help you both save money and find the perfect allowance package.

Dark Souls III - Should You Play It?

First, I've got the Platinum on both Scholar of the First Sin and Dark Souls 3. Okay, that last part is a lie. I still need Master of Miracles for Dark Souls 3 (grinding out the Concord Kepts from the Silver Knights in Anor Londo... ) But still, I've been through both games more times than I can count.
So how hard is it? Average. Dark Souls has this reputation for being difficult, but I don't think it is. Yes, enemies hit hard. But so do you.
There are no "bullet sponges" here. They hit you for half your health bar? Guess what, you can hit them back for almost the same. You'll die a lot, and unlike many other games, there isn't an overly generous checkpoint system.
But know this: My kid (with some SunBro assistance from me) beat Dark Souls 2 -including DLC - when he was 11. He just finished Dark Souls 3 last weekend. He's 13.
That said, after hundreds of hours poured into Dark Souls 3, here is my brief review.
Lets start with the negative stuff first:
The Poise system is badly designed (there is, last I checked, a belief among the community that the Poise system in fact doesn't function at all. There is supposedly code in the game that would allow for a functional Poise system, but it was removed or 'switched off' before release. The developers, to my knowledge deny this, which is fine. But then it means they handled the mechanic really, really poorly.)
"It's working as intended." Then you intended it to work badly...
What is Poise, and why does it matter?
Every time you hit an enemy, you have a chance, depending on their Poise and your weapon, to interrupt their movement (preventing them from dodging, running, rolling, and most importantly - attacking.)
This is called staggering. The movement is interrupted and they get hit. A staggered enemy is a helpless enemy. A dead enemy.
This system applies to you as well as the enemies in game.
How Poise used to work: In past Dark Souls games you could wear armor that would raise your poise, making it more difficult to stagger you and disrupt your attacks.
How it works now: It doesn't. Any enemy can interrupt most any attack with any weapon you use.
At first that might not seem so bad, until you get to the second mistake of Dark Souls 3 - and possibly my biggest complaint with the game.
Absolutely every enemy attacks faster than you can (and has longer reach), no matter what weapon you are using. They have a greatsword the size of a house? The can initiate an attack with that faster than you can stab with a dagger. Their dagger? Will hit you while your greatsword whiffs the air in front of their face.
So, if you're the kind of player that likes to trade hits with enemies... you will ALWAYS be staggered.
Your only option now is to dodge out of the way of everything, all the time. And that's fine. If that's the playstyle you want to choose. People have been doing it that way since Demon Souls. But there was always a choice.
I like to be a fast-rolling ninja. But there are also times when I get sick and tired of this game's crap and want to throw on some heavy armor, pull out a flaming ultra greatsword, and go to town!
In the past, you could choose heavy armor, and a greatsword, and exchange hits with an enemy. Yes it would hurt you, but you would hurt them more. An entirely viable playstyle that no longer works.
And fine. That's how this game is supposedly designed. But the claim that Dark Souls has such a deep combat system? I don't think that's true with this installment.
For a game that is in large part based on combat... That's a pretty big step back.
One more complaint:
The covenant system. This is no big deal if you're not a trophy hunter. It's entirely possible to play the game the entire way through and enjoy it without ever messing with the majority of covenants.
But if you're after the Platinum trophy? Get ready to grind. A lot. Because while the multiplayer system has been improved over games of the past, there's still a couple broken covenants that will require either a LOT of sitting around waiting to be summoned, or grinding. Expect an average of 6 hours killing the same enemies over and over and over and over and over and over...
(I'm looking at YOU Blades of the Darkmoon... )
OK, so what's good?
Pretty much everything else.
The environments are beautiful, and fun to explore. I can't think of a single area where I arrived and went "UGH. This again." (In the first Dark Souls, I found pretty much everything after Sen's Fortress to be cheap and tedious.)
The weapons and armor, everything really, looks amazing.
There is plenty of enemy variation, and they make sense for the environments in which they are found.
Multiplayer is always open to opinion. I think it's fairly balanced if you play smart. Others will disagree. If you're a whiner and don't like being outnumbered when you invade, you won't be thrilled with how Dark Souls 3 handles things.
Matchmaking is much improved. You can co-op with your friends easily this time around thanks to password matchmaking.
Finally, one of my favorite improvements: For the first time ever, all armor sets are useful! You no longer need to upgrade them. And they are ALL functional. The majority of weapons are viable as well.
The developers have given you an incredible armory to choose from, and it all works. Even the poorer weapons are adequate for handling in game enemies.
Bottom line: Is it fun? Yes. Is it frustrating? Somewhat often. Is it worth buying? Yes. Are there other games like it that are better? No.
Do I harbor resentment towards the developers? A bit!
If I were to score it, I'd start with a 10 for all the amazing things this game gets right. Then I'd take away 3 points for the broken combat and settle around a 7. Yes, this game has a whole lot going for it. But you're gonna have to put up with some unnecessary (in my opinion) frustration to enjoy it.
Fix the Poise guys!
Thanks for reading! I love/hate the Souls series like nothing else.

The Universal Spirit and Why There Is No Time in Space

Time in our sense of the word exists only on earth. It is relevant to the increments of the earth's cycle around the sun and, therefore, it is irrelevant in space. The question then becomes by what measure would there be time in space? Because each of the galaxies are independent of each other there is no one sun or cycle that can be used. This explains the phenomenon of why there can be no sense of time in space.
The conversation about what might happen at the end of the earth came about when a friend asked me over coffee. Having already produced many articles and explanations on my web sites, and so forth, it was something already thought out.
With memory and, therefore, knowledge of reincarnation the connection to the Spirit of the Universe has been with me from birth. One day it told me to write. Taking a sheet of paper and a pen the result was this explanation:
"if you travel ten thousand light years from earth and stop you will see the same as that visible from earth. If you then go another ten thousand light years, the view will still be the same. Then another and another and the view of space will never change."
When the pen stopped writing there was a pat on my shoulder. Turning to see who was standing behind me there was no one there. The Spirit allowed the physical contact as evidence that this was not my doing.
My interpretation of the message is that space is without end. It is also without a beginning and as the Universal Spirit is in every part of it then God is also without a beginning or an end. Man, on the other hand, cannot perceive of something that has no starting point and that is the fallacy that scientists have fallen into with the so-called 'Big Bang' theory.
Returning then to the question of time in space it is beyond the imagination of most to comprehend how our systems are relevant only to the human order and systems of measurement. In space terms and in that of the Spirit our existence is like a flash in a pan. It is over and done with and may disappear completely from the scene.
Observers of the cosmos pick up on the strange mystifying black holes and other architecture but cannot explain them. While they may be hundreds of light years away their presence is over and done with before we can even know of them. It is my concept that earth will become another of those space mysteries if and when this planet ceases to exist.
There is little doubt that we are heading for the last days. If, as expected, the end is the result of a violent and all-inclusive nuclear bomb fiasco it is hard to see how anything will survive. So why has the Spirit created this beautiful planet that mankind is fast destroying? The things shown to me in visions leaves little doubt in my mind that we are close to the end.
It is our time, however, that is at risk for in the realm of God there can be no time, just as there is none in space. It's another mystery as to why most are deceived by the fake gods and religious propaganda and tenets that are destroying us. Ignorance without measure is the lot of even the most educated. It's only what the Spirit has allowed to be known that will bring some back to connect with the power that created them.
Norma's reincarnation is insight into the complexity of human life. Dreams and religious deceit are grossly misleading and have hidden reincarnation and the truth from the world
